Anders and I only made it from Cabo to La Paz, then we had to fly back to Guadalajara. But before I left I wanted to know what places Everette was anticipating.
When we had driven the Baja the winter of 2012/13 we were camped mostly on the coastline, the Pacific for a bit but predominantly on the Sea of Cortez. So we had viewed the Baja from the land and were enjoying a new perspective from the water.
I was sad to leave SV Sea Fern, and not be able to take in Puerto Agua Verde since we had heard so many wonderful things about this secluded spot. We had been warned again and again that our 15 passenger van was just not hefty enough to make it in on that rough road. To think of sailing there…I was jealous.
Anyways, join us as Everette explains what he’s anticipation in the upcoming days when he’ll be sailing away with Mitchell and Maret (yet to join them).
